Standard Handling - Includes delivery to or pick-up from threshold, liftgate, hand (un)load, pallet-jack/two-wheel dolly, extra man, and/or COD/FCCOD administration.
Gold Handling Service - Includes provision of Standard Handling Service plus delivery beyond threshold (typically referred to as an inside delivery).
Platinum Handling Service - Includes provision of Standard and Gold Handling Services plus unpacking/uncrating and debris removal.
All residential service levels include:
Contact of Consignee via phone call and "call-back" postcard within one business day of receipt of shipment.
Scheduled Delivery within an agreed-upon four-hour window during normal business hours to occur within three business days of response to request for delivery, unless a later date is specified by consignee.
Delivery without Signature is available, provided (1) consignee completes Release Form and leaves for driver at residence, and (2) we can contact consignee at the phone number provided to confirm the integrity of the request.
